About the Clinic

The Amica Veterinary Clinic is a brand new independent clinic, scheduled to open in early August, on the South Shore of Quebec City, near the bridges. Its mission is to make quality veterinary care accessible to owners and their animals, through a range of services covering preventive care, emergencies and minor surgeries. The clinic is distinguished by an approach focused on the well-being of animals and their families, collaboration and innovation.

Job Description

Clinique Vétérinaire Amica is looking for a passionate veterinarian to join our team. Valuing the balance and well-being of our team, we offer you the flexibility to choose the type of practice that fits your lifestyle. 

Here are the positions offered:  

  • 100% Telemedicine: Carry out virtual consultations, follow-ups and advice from the comfort of your home or in our premises, starting in August. 
  • Clinical Practice and Telemedicine: Combine telework with clinic days focused on prevention, minor emergencies and minor surgeries. This position will be available from October. 
  • 100% Clinical: Immerse yourself in the heart of the action in our new facilities for 100% clinical practice. This position will be available from October. 
  • If you are involved in exotic animal medicine or alternative medicine, please do not hesitate to apply.  

We will be conducting interviews between June 15 and June 30, 2026. A response will be given to candidates between July 1 and July 10, 2026.

Desired Profile

  • Valid practice license: Member in good standing of the Ordre des médecins vétérinaires du Québec (OMVQ).
  • Clinical excellence and nuanced approach: Committed to providing high‑quality veterinary medicine while demonstrating empathy and discernment to deliver care plans tailored to each family.
